DARKNESS & LIGHT

Darkness once asked light,

Why am I hated so much?

Light replied with a grin,

Because unlike you I show everybody ways to try their luck.


While the darkness was moving in dismay,

The shadow came into being,

Walked along the darkness throughout,

And gave darkness a new meaning.


Its the darkness that leads you to the light,

Its the darkness that brightens up the path,

Its the darkness where you hold yourself,

And save yourself from all the fears and wraths.


As each step taken forward,

The darkness was getting feeble,

This was the beauty it had inside,

Where you get to meet with a bright sequel. 


Seeking for the point of superiority,

Darkness and light were in a fight,

Little did they both know,

That darkness was the only light.
